Worst service overcharged I didn't get size ai requested wasn't offered beverages while there other customers were offered.Had to come back a few days after getting nails came home went back fixed got home on other hand another came off every since I've been going to this company very dissatisfied

Love love love the new wave of ownership that has come with going to Pro Nails, Sandra and Kate go above and beyond to accommodate design and preference and aims to please every time! I have found my new nail spot. The pedicure techs are also so funny and a pleasure to be around when trying to relax and unwind from a long week! Definitely go here! 10/10

I’ve been coming into Pro Nails for the past 10!years off and on as a go to place whenever I need something done for special occasion. I stopped visiting as much after noticing the difference in how the act towards their customers and the overall services weren’t as thorough as they used to be. I'm writing this review with very mixed feelings. I brought my daughter here to get her nails done for her first day of high school. The woman who did her nails was wonderful—fast, friendly, professional, and did an amazing job. My daughter couldn't be happier. My own experience, however, was incredibly disappointing. The gentleman who did my nails was very friendly and kind, but the service itself was poor.
