I’m really disappointed with my experience here. I came in asking for a simple gel polish manicure because I’m trying to grow out my natural nails. I was told I “needed” full fake tip acrylics and was eventually pushed into a dip service I did not want, even after I said I was okay leaving. Incredibly rude and they talk about you in their native language. Even though they advertise walk-ins welcome, they always tell you to make an appointment. I loved my nails but don't want to pay to be treated terrible. I had been going for 5 years but stopped because of the rude behavior.

I've gone to pro nails off and on for the past few years. I've seen and heard the mixed reviews but never had a bad experience until today. My daughter and I both went in for manis and pedis and I was fully prepared to tip well. I had just got my nails done last month with a cute flower design on one finger and I loved them and got numerous compliments! Have been going to ProNails for well over 2 years, have always gotten great service. Yesterday I asked for some snowflake decoration on my nails and they came out better than I could have imagined. Thank you, Kathy!!
