I went in to get a pedicure as a walk in. I expected a wait given it’s a long weekend and the timing 4:30pm. I asked if there was a wait for a pedicure and was told no. As I am in the middle of my pedicure, the older woman owner confronts the tech doing my toes yelling at her there are clients waiting. At first I let it slide but then it appeared they were trying to intimidate their staff by sending the male owner to walk past and watch all the techs. I left pretty upset today. I’ve been coming here since college (15 years) and I dont think I’ll be back after today. I got a gel manicure, then I noticed the gel manicure had completely corroded or “turned”, it was multiple different colors. The girl doing my nails was using what looked like the last few drops of a VERY old polish that shouldn’t have been used on customers.
