The attitude of the young lady's mother. When you first walk in, there's a young lady that is sitting by the entrance, her Mother talks non-stop all day long. When her mother is doing your eyebrows, she always messes up your here. And I'm trying to figure out why? Because being African can American. You do not have those capabilities to redo your hair. In an instant. About time she is done doing your eyebrows. Your hair is all over the place. Then sometimes the attitude of the daughter and mother is horrific.

First as soon as you walk in the back, there is a bad smell, then Lady doing eyebrows very rude. Make sure she washes her hands before touching you. She went to put stuff in the garbage and came right back to touch my face. She can not show you example of what she has done before but will ask you to trust her when she is not even clear explaining. Do business with people who respect you at least. 🤮
