I was a walk in. Between the confusion of who was doing what with me, the guy that finally started my pedi didn't seem like he knew what he was doing. Then when he was finally done it was subpar. Then the other guy quickly put my flip flops on, messing up the ok pedi even more. I should have left but let him do the mani. Very subpar. I won't go back. The arguing back and forth about who's doing what was ridiculous.
My mom and I went to Pro Nails today for pedicures and had a terrible experience. The chair they put my mom in was broke and was very uncomfortable they didn’t offer to place her in a new one. They overflowed my tub, got water all over the floor and my shoes. They didn’t rub my mom’s feet. They took no time with us at all felt very rushed. Won’t be going there again.
