“I went to get my nails done and the experience was very disappointing. Not only was the work poorly done, but after I complained that I did not like the nails, the nail technician intentionally cut my finger during the appointment. My finger was left bleeding and painful afterward. I expected professionalism and care, but instead I left upset, uncomfortable, and shocked by how I was treated. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.”horrible
The ONLY nail salon I will patron in Louisville. Been coming here for 11 yrs. They are very welcoming and Michael gives the best pedicures. Thank you!
