I have mixed emotions about this business. The lady nail tech I had did a decent job and was fairly nice, but the male nail tech my friend had was rather rude and did not do what she asked for at all. She asked him if he could do a stiletto shape, and he said yes. He then proceeded to make them coffin shaped and did not use the colors she had asked for. I love this place! They are really nice and have great customer service. They are priced well, they're very clean and I'm always satisfied with my nails. I would recommend them to anyone.

I always liked them until this last time. The gentleman was very disrespectful and the woman tried to skip right over me to handle another customer. ( after waiting for an hour and a half when there were only two customers in there) Poor customer service.

I've been to many nail salons and Pro Nails has impressed me the most with price and quality. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking.

This is a great salon. Clean, calm environment, friendly staff and they always do a great job! Priced well also. Best nail salon in Princeton.
