I made an appointment to get my nails done today and I was told that I still was going to have to wait that there was 3 people in front of me. That simply is wrong and not cool. Why have an appointment.??On top of that there have been times I went in and was told I was going to have to wait because I didn’t have an appointment and someone else did. Needless to say, I won’t be back
