Very good service, excellent staff.
I definitely would not recommend this place. We had a 5:00 PM appointment, but they didn’t start on our nails until around 6:00. When they finally did, they left glue and polish all around my nails. They did not make them into coffin shape like I asked, and also cut them way too short because the tech couldn’t match the sizing between two fingers, and I can still see my natural nail on the sides. They do a great job! Clean and massage chairs are fantastic!
I have always come to pro nails and been satisfied with my nails. However, today I decided to switch things up and get a design. I am horrified by the results. I tried to explain to her what I wanted verbally and with pictures. After multiple failed attempts she told me that she did not have enough time and rushed through the rest of the design. What I got is nothing like the photo I showed her, and I am very very frustrated…
