I have been going here for YEARS, not because they are the best salon, but they are convenient and I like my nail tech. On Monday, I received my $10 off birthday text, I had an appointment for that Tuesday where I spent $123, and there was so much going on around me that I forgot to present the front desk with my coupon. Here we are, two days later, when I remembered that I forgot to use my coupon (expires in a week). i waited 40 minutes for my appointment. i asked 20 minutes in if i can get an update on when ill be seen… let me be CLEAR… i do not mind if they can’t see me or if they are double booked. i understand things happen ! however, there was 0 communication. the receptionist looked like she was in high school and wasn’t sure on how to respond to customers. this isn’t her fault. she probably wasn’t correctly trained. she had no response to my answer and instead looked at the other employees, who all stared at her blankly. 20 minute... read more

This is my second time here and both times, I had an excellent experience at Pro Nails in Fulton. Everyone is always friendly, it’s extremely clean, prices are very fair, and they treat everyone great!!! I’ve bounced around from place to place but I’m sticking with ProNails!!!!

Linda is great at her job. Not perfect at English, but she makes an effort to be amicable and connect with her customers. Most recently, I got a simple acrylic removal and cut down from Peter. Super rough on the nails, and waved me off when I told him I wanted them filed in a round shape (the natural shape of my nails). He ended up doing them square; when I said they were not the shape that I said wanted, he started mumbling in a foreign language and filing roughly. He also did not "soak off" my nails.
