Went today March 30th.. got a pedicure .. the African lady was so rough on my feet.. she could clearly see my feet were sensitive.. but continued to slice into em and drew blood.. then the price said $45 but when I got to the counter it was magically $65.. now I can’t even sleep cause my feet hurt .. will not recommend smh ..

Absolutely horrible experience. The service was rushed, sloppy, and extremely unprofessional. The staff had terrible attitudes and acted like they didn’t care about their customers at all This was by far the worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. Total waste of money and time. I will never come back here and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I have been going here for YEARS, not because they are the best salon, but they are convenient and I like my nail tech. On Monday, I received my $10 off birthday text, I had an appointment for that Tuesday where I spent $123, and there was so much going on around me that I forgot to present the front desk with my coupon. Here we are, two days later, when I remembered that I forgot to use my coupon (expires in a week). i waited 40 minutes for my appointment. i asked 20 minutes in if i can get an update on when ill be seen… let me be CLEAR… i do not mind if they can’t see me or if they are double booked. i understand things happen ! however, there was 0 communication. the receptionist looked like she was in high school and wasn’t sure on how to respond to customers. this isn’t her fault. she probably wasn’t correctly trained. she had no response to my answer and instead looked at the other employees, who all stared at her blankly. 20 minute... read more
