It was a horrible experience. Customer service was lacking. my nails are uneven. The paint is all over my fingers, and it’s very blotchy.

I went and got a full set a couple of weeks ago. The woman that did my nails argues with me about how long I wanted them saying I would break them….2 weeks later they are still strong. With that said she failed short of doing a great old job. She hurt me while filing and did not fully file the edges. I love this place but the next time I go I will have the man that previously did my nails work on them next time.

I have never had a pedi and the tech NOT ask if I wanted nails cut. She cut them off practically. Extremely short! Was on the phone w her earbuds, perhaps wasn't paying attention. Water cold from the beginning... did not ask if warm enough etc. Soaked, soaked towel ... uncomfortable & cold outside, so not relaxing/good feel. Never had a towel so wet w all other pedis.
