I’m a person of darker skin and when I was getting my nails done after she finished cleaning them she asked if I could pay now? It’s like she thought I wouldn’t pay. I was with my friend who was lighter than me and nothing was said to her. And on top of that the nails didn’t even end up looking good they were very sloppy.

Service was poor. The nails techs were kind and polite, but the quality of my pedicure and my daughter's was terrible. Gel was just slopped on and cured without a care. Coats of gel were uneven and also the nails. Cuticles weren't even pushed back. After the tech clipped my nails, one of my big toes had a very obvious chunk missing. I could see this from just watching him work. I thought he'd eventually even it out, but he didn't. How could this not be seen while applying color?! My other big toe is missing color on one edge... read more
