HORRIBLE time management -- are you kidding me?! When a wedding party sets an appointment, you better have the staff to accommodate and get them out of the shop on time to get to rehearsals. Needs better management, and staff. I can not believe after the amount of money just spent you would even consider ignoring the need to complete everyone in the party first -- I would give zero stars if possible
