I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive about trying this salon because of some of the reviews I had seen online. However, their location is so convenient that I decided to give them a chance. I’m really glad I did. Hanna did a full set of gel with tips for me and she was incredibly meticulous and attentive to detail. Great experience and happy with my nails! 🩷
I just had a horrible experience at this salon. First I got a pedicure. I wanted a delux but the guy didn't speak English and gave me a regular one. It took less than 10 minutes and was horrible. The message chair also did not work. Then I was getting a dip fill manicure. The older lady didn't seem to be in a good mood and wasn't nice. She didn't speak English either. I told her what I wanted and then she proceeded to chop off the sides of my nails. She chopped four of them until I saw what she was doing and stopped her. The... read more
We came in for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure around 2 on a Saturday. Henry was so accommodating upon our first few minutes and seated us promptly. This is a family business and they all take great pride in satisfying their clients.Jim gave me the most invigorating leg massage and lovely pedicure and Hannah gave me a precise manicure and a really great hand/arm massage. Wow! What a fabulous job! I highly recommend Pro Nails if you're in the area...you won't be disappointed!
Amazing place & service! The receptionist Henry, and his family that worked there were very nice and helpful. I got a French dip manicure, and it turned out beautiful! The place was clean, and it was a pleasant atmosphere. 10/10 would recommend!
