Walked in Friday 11/15/24 when there was absolutely no one there. All 3 techs were sitting in massage chairs. I explained that I am type 1 diabetic and would like to have nails filed instead of clipped. Tech clipped all of my nails but didn’t do much of anything else. I became frustrated after asking multiple times for a complete pedicure since I’d be laying over $175 for a full set and pedi.
