So happy! Began a bachelorette party here. They were super friendly and eager to make our experience great. They also let us do karaoke! Nails look great. For a good time with a group go here!
My mom and I have been going here monthly at least twice a month for the last six years. Heidi and Tony are wonderful, never have we had a bad experience. There is a great selection of nail tips, gel and regular nail polish to choose from. The massaging pedicure chairs and nail stations are clean and in good condition. Tony is always improving the facility. Prices are great and you can almost always get in the same day.
The owner named Kim yelled at me in front of her customers because I was a disatisfied with one of the techs service as I had a fill. My nail underneath was just as long as the acrylic nails I had asked her if she could file down my nail underneath just a little bit and she yelled at me and said no they don't do that and if I want to go back where I get my nails done. I really disgusted and embarrassed with her unprofessionalism as an owner.

I have been going to John and Joann for over 20 years. As far as rude there's not a rude bone in their bodies. Yes they communicate in their native language. Don't we? Just because you don't speak their language doesn't mean their being rude or talking about you. Get over yourself! !! As far as being dirty? That's a blatant lie. It's a great pop-in nail salon. Very friendly staff. You might have to wait for a few minutes if you don't have an appointment but that's the convenience of walk in places! Great gel nail color selection too. I'm a city girl at heart and this is a great find out here in the middle of the blue ridge mountains cape!
They r good and treat you nice they do good work I would tell anyone yo go there to get their nails done
