Walked into this nail shop asking for eyebrow services. The response I got was “I don’t want to do eyebrows” followed by “I can’t do it today because I’m so busy.” Let me be clear — the shop was empty. No customers. No wait. Nothing. Turning away a paying customer because you “don’t want to” is not being busy — it’s rude, lazy, and unprofessional. I have never walked into a nail shop and been dismissed like this. Hannah at pro nails absolutely KILLS my nail art every time! The Halloween set she did a couple weeks ago and the set she just did today for my hunting trip! Her first time ever doing camo nails and she killed it! Can’t recommend this place enough
