I went here to have my gels nails removed, a manicure, eyebrow arched, and facial wax. The guy that did my nails kept stressing how long it was going to take to remove the nails, as if he didnt want to remove them from the start. As he was doing my manicure he cut my skin back to far on three seperate fingers and they began to bleed. He reacted as if there was no problem and continued to talk on the phone at the same time.
