Terrible nails. The acrylic was lifting off my nail the minute I left the shop. The design was not what I wanted and all of the nails were wonky and uneven. I kept asking for them to be changed whilst I was there and the woman rolled her eyes and was rude to me. I left and was not satisfied and came back and asked for a refund and removal and she was exceptionally rude and told me I had to come back on Monday and would not get a refund. I had a terrible experience at Delta. I showed the staff a picture of exactly what I wanted, but they did something completely different. The customer service was very rude, unwelcoming, and I felt disrespected throughout my visit. The prices were far too high for the poor quality of work I received. I’ve been coming to this nail salon for a long time and have always liked the quality of the work. I’ve had many of the girls here do my nails, and I’ve never had an issue with how they turned out. I’ve returned many times because I genuinely liked my nails. The first incident happened when I called ahead, scheduled a time, and showed up as agreed. My granddaughter and I went to get our nails done for her birthday and we had found some cute Chrome Nails on Pinterest and we showed the ladies the picture and they didn't have the Polish to do that. I thought that was strange for a nail place. We showed them numerous pictures on Pinterest we wanted and they acted like they couldn't do it. Also the ladies seemed like they were very put out just because we wanted our nails done in the first place they did a sloppy job of painting our toenails also.

I’ve gone 2 times. Both times the same different girls who die my nails both acted like they were just so bothered by me wanting my nails done. Rude as hell. Plus they lifted after 3 days. Definitely will not be back.
