Although it’s a very clean shop, they have a wide variety of colors and different products, I settled for a blueish gel polish. It’s only been a week and my polish is wearing off the tips and sides of Most of my nails.

I came in to get a pedicure and after waiting an hour and 40 minutes they came and told me they didn’t have time to do it. But I prefer they told me that when I initially asked as soon as I walked in.

I visit Pro Nails biweekly for nail overlays and monthly for pedicures, and I consistently have a positive experience. Tim, my nail technician, is highly skilled and always makes an effort to accommodate my appointments, even during busy times. Not a good experience, a big disappointment. Had to pay extra for callus removal (never heard of that before) and the rasp wasn't used, had at least 5-6 coats of gel polish put onthat didn't dry under the UV light, tech had me put my shoes on and they still weren't dry. I looked at my toes before I paid, they were a disaster. So the tech was going to 'fix' the polish job with he same gel polish that did try the 1st several attempts.
