Although it’s a very clean shop, they have a wide variety of colors and different products, I settled for a blueish gel polish. It’s only been a week and my polish is wearing off the tips and sides of Most of my nails.
I came in to get a pedicure and after waiting an hour and 40 minutes they came and told me they didn’t have time to do it. But I prefer they told me that when I initially asked as soon as I walked in.
I was riding all around Rochester trying to find a place that could do my nails the way I wanted. My friend recommended me to Pro Nail Spa and they went above and beyond!! Best set I’ve had so far:)
I visit Pro Nails biweekly for nail overlays and monthly for pedicures, and I consistently have a positive experience. Tim, my nail technician, is highly skilled and always makes an effort to accommodate my appointments, even during busy times.
