I visit Pro Nails biweekly for nail overlays and monthly for pedicures, and I consistently have a positive experience. Tim, my nail technician, is highly skilled and always makes an effort to accommodate my appointments, even during busy times. Lani, who handles my pedicures, is exceptionally efficient and ensures that each visit is both relaxing and enjoyable. Super disappointed. Visiting my son and DIL and came here for a pedicure. Someone hit my car while it was parked and I had to jump up right in the middle of my pedicure to go outside and they still charged me full price for my pedicure which I didn’t even get. I understand it wasn’t their fault but in my opinion the integrity of a business to do the right thing when their customer was inadvertently involved in an emergency was lost here. Really nice nail solan, very relaxing and the nail techs there are very friendly and nice, I always get A1 service each time I go!
Bad service first time going nail tech I had I ask her to make my nails thicker on tips she got upset and started man handling my hands so I ask for the owner he ignored me and sent someone else to finish my nails NEVER WILL BE GOING BACK should of believed the comments I read before going. SMFH keep going there are more nail shops near don’t waste your TIME & MONEY
