There is No excuse for unprofessional and below average nails. The poor attitude and laziness in not trying to understand the client is pretty sad. One more thing. I have never seen a salon worker eat out in front before. They have Coffee breaks. Eat them and do not gnaw on your food in front of your client! I’m surprised no one hasn’t reported them.
Gel-x nails starting falling off after 2 1/2 weeks
I'm writing this review for the 2nd time as I noticed they deleted my original review. I came in for a gel polish manicure and I had asked for a gel polish manicure with builders gel. I had been growing my nails out naturally. The male nail technician didn't quite understand what I wanted but I trusted he was going to do a good job. I was so wrong!! As a guy, this wasn’t my first time getting a pedicure but it was my first time getting one here. I think more guys need to take care of their feet. The place is comfy, the staff are welcoming and friendly. The massage chair for the pedicure was large and comfy but a little difficult to understand the settings. My technician was helpful in getting that massage setting figured out as it felt like I was being violated by the chair haha!
