They don't take the time to do your pedicure. They do it like what ever...their job.(fast ) Plus.. they are forcing you to pay tip.. after worse customer service they provide.... I went in today for a full set, and the quality of service was completely unacceptable. The guy rushed through the entire process, leaving the acrylic uneven on both of my pointer fingers and failing to file my nails evenly. The finished set looked sloppy and poorly done. Went in to remove acrylic nail set and explained to the nail tech my preference to let me soak my nails rather then immediately prying off the acrylic due to prior negative experiences. Nail tech snickered at my request and proceeded to have an attitude the entire time, and left acrylic chunks all over my nails.
