If I could give negative stars I would. I came to get my acrylic nails removed and instead of drilling and soaking them like anyone else would, they took nail pliers and tore my nails off. Kim and John did each hand at the same time I asked them to drill and soak them and they did not respond to me. I was in pain and they gripped my hands so I could not pull them away while they took them off. They proceeded to charge me $20 for their “service”. I have been a client there for over 3 years. I gave this place a second chance after a bad experience because it's conveniently close to where I work, but unfortunately nothing has changed. My pedicure took about 7 minutes from start to finish, which felt extremely rushed. The technician was so rough that my feet bled—just like they did the first time I came. On top of that, the massage chairs didn't work, and the staff had a poor attitude that made the experience even worse. They don't take the time to do your pedicure. They do it like what ever...their job.(fast ) Plus.. they are forcing you to pay tip.. after worse customer service they provide.... I hope OWNER change her attitude isn't the best.....
