Went for a dip powder and pedicure. Pedicure was ok bother best , no scrubbing at all just barely use the brush , I said ok whatever Dip powder was a mess.. I showed him the color and told him I want it light green.. he kept insisting saying it will be light when I’m finish after I file etc.. I told him the shape I wanted as well.. round corners.. when he was finish the color was mad bright green, and my nails shape like box when ends like sticking out, plus rough.. weird .. had to nerve to ask if I like it .. They just rip out the nails and don’t soak them off. I’ve been going here for years, and they have not improved whatsoever. What they do is extremely unhealthy for the natural nail beds and can cause serious damage over time, like thinning of the nails or even infections. When Nancy does acrylics, they’re always so thick that it feels unnatural and heavy. It’s unprofessional and shows a complete disregard for proper nail care. Pro Nail...really. That shop is NOT professional . I went to get my mani/pedi at Pro Nail today , the two female staff were very rude, no business etiquette at all . Both the ladies spoke English, however both of them were engaged in a very long and loud conversation in a foreign language that I asked if everything was ok with them. The manicure shop had no heat, today the temperature was 22F and inside the store was colder than the outside temperature. Not to mention that my fingers were put to soak in very cold water, not ... read more
