Pro Nail is a full-service Salon that does excellent work at a reasonable price. Their staff is efficient and friendly. Linda is the best at pedicures and Paul does nails very well.
I had a really disappointing experience during my second visit. Richie’s cousin did my nails, and the entire appointment felt uncomfortable from early on. At first he seemed fine, but within a few minutes he became snarky and dismissive whenever I tried to give feedback. I didn’t feel like I could express what I wanted at all. This place is terrible—dirty, disgusting, and completely unprofessional. The staff were the worst part of the experience. They argued over customers right in front of me, which made the whole environment feel chaotic and uncomfortable. Prices are extremely high for the quality of service you get, and most of the employees seemed dishonest. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place for nail services. i got my nails done in there yesterday but by the time i got back home one of my nails started to peel off so i returned there today and asked them to fix it for me but they simply refused to do it and totally ignored me. the store manager rushed me out and replied to my request in a very rude and unprofessional way by saying that we don’t have time for this and i need to leave and make an appointment for the repair. i highly do not recommend this place. waste of time and money. worse experience ever
Pauline is very professional & compassionate. She did my hip massage to help the bursitis.She has been helping my family for nails for the last 10 years. Her massage technique is authentic
