I have been going to John and Joann for over 20 years. As far as rude there's not a rude bone in their bodies. Yes they communicate in their native language. Don't we? Just because you don't speak their language doesn't mean their being rude or talking about you. Get over yourself! !! As far as being dirty? That's a blatant lie. I went in to get a full set for my birthday, was disgusted when he pulled out the attachments from a dirty tupperware container! He tapped them on the counter to remove other peoples cells! (yes I dont know why i stayed at that point) he used a dirty, worn down file. None of the utensils he used were sterile or clean. My fingers still hurt two days later! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE my friend and I waited 40 mins and they never got to us but we're taking care of the people after we came in never was I so aggravated with a salon o will go to nail fever instead

This place is awful! They are terribly rude and talk behind your back in their language. I had an apt with the owner and when I came in, I was dismissed with out even seeing him! NEVER GO THERE!
