Walked in Friday 11/15/24 when there was absolutely no one there. All 3 techs were sitting in massage chairs. I explained that I am type 1 diabetic and would like to have nails filed instead of clipped. Tech clipped all of my nails but didn’t do much of anything else. I became frustrated after asking multiple times for a complete pedicure since I’d be laying over $175 for a full set and pedi. I made an appointment to get my nails done today and I was told that I still was going to have to wait that there was 3 people in front of me. That simply is wrong and not cool. Why have an appointment.??On top of that there have been times I went in and was told I was going to have to wait because I didn’t have an appointment and someone else did. Needless to say, I won’t be back

Jason and his staff was very friendly they welcomed me and my daughters in asked our names and treated us like family not just a customer like other shops had its very clean there they took their time with our service this was our first time there and it will be our forever nail shop we was very excited to get nails done and actually get what we asked for.
Jason is very thorough and takes his time to make sure your manicure is absolutely perfect. He doesn’t rush the process and has great attention to detail. Highly recommend.
