I had my first appointment today with Aaron and I’m really happy with my experience. He was kind, professional, and paid attention to my problem areas. The clinic is clean, the front desk staff was very nice, and the atmosphere was calm. I left feeling noticeably more relaxed. I’ll definitely be back!
I used to go to Promotion for physio only. Curtis is great and has helped me so much with my back pain. After I was rearended in a collision, I continued to see Curtis but have also seen Dr Sadiq for chiro and Jen for massage and I can’t say enough good things about them both. Dr. Sarah is excellent. She uses a combination of gua sha, massage, and acupuncture, and truly understands how to release tight, guarded muscles and stubborn knots. What sets her apart is her ability to really target the problem areas instead of just doing a general massage. She listens carefully, works intuitively, and adjusts her approach based on what your body needs that day. I always leave feeling noticeably looser and more comfortable. Highly recommend her if you’re dealing with muscle tension or ongoing tightness.
Had a great assessment and treatment by Lydia. Can really tell she knows her stuff, i learned lots in the session and now have a clear plan moving forward to achieve the results i am looking for. Appreciate the coordination/flexibility by the front desk team to get me booked in last minute!
