We had the team from Everest consisting of Elyas and Foad did a great job replacing our furnace and we’re kind enough to install our new thermostats that we purchased and provided excellent customer service. I recommend them and appreciate how friendly professional and helpful both Foad and Elyas were with us.

He sold me a Trane control board - Guess what it was the wrong board and constantly gave errors messages. He even clearly stated "If it doesn't work bring it back..." I even gave him the exact KIT model and he just sold me one of his close ones. (Careful because TRANE also list him as a link) He even said it was just 5-6 years old but after seeing the package it was 13 YEARS OLD!!! I had to reinstall it twice - I'm sure he charges $700++ for his services so I should charge him for my time and constant issues over 4 months. I... read more

Terrible knowledge of parts. Sent me the wrong control board - said he would return it if it doesn't work and now guess what....crickets. Doesn't want to return it and wants to keep his $$. The part he provided gave the furnace problems for 4 months as it was not the correct one. I even gave him the correct # - he was too lazy to check the KIT# I provided and just sent me a close used TRANE one but after confirming with TRANE directly it was the wrong part!
