Disappointing Experience with Heat Pump Installation Two years ago, we had this team install a heat pump for us. While the team members were polite, respectful, and genuinely good people, the system has never worked properly since installation. They came twice to check and repair it, but the issue remains unresolved — the heat pump still blows cold air even when set to heat mode. These guys replaced my brutal rental furnace and hot water tank. Did a great job. They were up front and transparent with pricing giving me lots of options and took the time to explain the benefits of every option we discussed. Our rental furnace had failed (including the blower for our AC during a heatwave). Showed up the same day for an assessment and replaced everything the next day. Service was excellent, I referred them to a neighbor across the street who also had a very good experience.
