Worst company ever! I have a contract where they are supposed to come out to service our AC units and heat every 6 months for 2 years (since we purchased a brand new unit in August 2016). Scott NEVER returns phone calls. I called for 3 weeks straight left 10 - 12 VM on both of their lines and finally happened to catch him on the phone and scheduled an appt they never showed up or called. I then called for another 3 weeks before I gave up and reported them to the BBB for breach of contract.
