Mackenzie loves to organize and Alison’s happy place is cleaning the kitchen! These girls were very polite, cheerful and detail-oriented. I highly recommend both of these ladies and this company! Thank you for making me cry happy tears today ♥️
I ordered a deep cleaning with a special cleaning to get my house ready to sell. The first crew left early and did not finish the job. Pro-maids sent an additional crew out twice to ensure everything was done beyond satisfaction. A company that goes out of their way to make sure their clients are happy will get my business every time.

Requested a deep clean, got half a clean. Service pushed back by 3 hours days before the appointment. None of the 2 dozen kitchen drawers cleaned, and four days later I was still finding leftover items from the previous owners and spiderwebs galore. AND the cleaners were not done in the time-frame estimated. I requested a half refund 3 days after service (May 23), yet Mathew Jadan cannot provide a check number or date mailed, and no check has been received, though I've been told multiple times a check is coming.
