Loved it that you had the master for my mailslot key. I've always liked your store (esp. when you had those wonderful animal and utensil drawer handles. I guess noone wants them today. Would have been five, but the young woman wasn't friendly. Got it done though, so that's good!
The locksmith kept pushing expensive upgrades instead of helping. He was more interested in selling than fixing my problem. The lock wasn’t installed correctly. The final bill shocked me. I won’t use them again.
