Had a broken key…wasn’t guaranteed it would be an exact copy, that being said- got home and it worked. Friendly & quick service. Thanks!
They wanted to charge me $ 212 + tax = $ 239.56 to come to my place to cut a padlock open from my locker. Literally a 30-seconds job. And, to make matters worse, they played their "oh, we are so exclusive" card by telling me they didn't have any availability for the next 5 days. Yeah...nice try !
My go to for all my locks and safes, great customer service, been using them for the last three homes we have built and moved into. We moved to Oakville and I did not want to use another locksmith, I only wanted them. They service our needs in Oakville. They are trusted and professional.
