Poor to none communication Worst contractor experience of my life. He sold us on their reputation and said owner is always on the job. He was not there for days 2-4 and his crew was inexperienced. Kristian was upset with us because he spent 4 additional hours fixing his employees mistakes. Every nail on our wooden fence was done wrong and had to be fixed by had. They did do a good job on the fence and we appreciated that they worked in the rain. I give them credit for that. However, they did not do a thorough job and lacked professional communication skills. They did not come back and level out the fence line. That took five hours to do on our own. Kristian would give us arrival times and then show up 2-3 hours late.
