I don't understand these other reviews. Zachary Townsend treated me and my 73 year old neighbor like he was a loan shark and all he wants is money for doing nothing. Someone else has already taken over and done more in one day than Zach and Davies have done in a week. $1,500 up front with no promises, no guarantees, and no plan.
