I had a very frustrating experience with Pro Lawn Cuts in Frederick, owned by Jonnathan. After agreeing to install trees, he made me wait an entire week due to repeated rescheduling. On the day of installation, he was supposed to pick up the trees at 8:00 AM, but when I called at 7:30 AM for an ETA, it was clear he wasn’t prepared and his crew wasn’t ready either. This is the best lawn company out there. They are reliable, skilled, and take pride in their work. They go above and beyond to make sure my lawn looks beautiful! I’m so glad I found this company!
I contacted Jhonathan for the 1st time on March the 27th. He is phenomenal to work with and very friendly. By the 31sth I signed his contract which was emailed to me to do the gardening job in my house. I have called, texted, and emailed many times since then and still no appointment set to do the job and no call back. They canceled once due to being backed up 3 weeks ago.
