Jhonatan and the team did a great job with aerating and overseeing our property. We also had them correct a poor job done from a previous contractor. They moved mulch, weeded, laid down the correct weed control fabric, then reapplied the mulch where existing plants are in a new garden. Jhonatan is generally professional and responsive. However, when I told him that the guys were not getting the grass short enough, we had the following text conversations about cutting the grass shorter: As you can see, he said he would lower the mower from 3”. Then, he said the mowers don’t go to 2”. Then, he did not give credence to my comment to slow the mowing speed so the mowers can cut better. Then, he just said go find someone else to mow your yard.
