Total disaster. Eratic phone service to find out status of repair. Basically had to go back to shop to find out is repair was done. Then find out repair was 100 extra but not warning of increased part cost. Took a month, when it should have been a week. Some was due to delivery delay but due to poor service was left in dark. This place used to be good but with new ownership has gone down the tube. Never go back especially after insulting behavior.
Dropped off 2 mini bikes to get worked on. They had them done quick, affordable and did very good work. Highly recommend SRS Engine shop
I have an 11 year old that works hard to earn his money doing chores or going out to work with my payday he’s heading to SRS to buy parts for his minis I love the patience of the owner with him my boy asks a lot of questions on diy projects for his bikes and he always walks out with freebies since he’s a loyal “mini customer” haha
Great honest job. Always gets my generators fixed up quickly. Helped me out when I was in a pinch for time.
