We had a Friday remote closing for the sale of our house. We signed the papers in advance and were contractually entitled to receive the sales price that day by wire transfer. Pro Land failed to transfer the money and failed to answer their phone. Hopefully they'll see fit to transfer our money next week. Unbelievable. There should be a penalty for this.
