I am very pleased with the job AAA Rouse / Pro Junk Dispatch did removing an old tree house. Janet did a great job of quoting, scheduling and communicating throughout. The field crew of Kurtis, Kyreek and Ivan were professional, courteous and easy to work with. The job seemed a bit difficult to me, but they got it done safely, ahead of schedule and within the quoted budget. Your guys did an excellent job. We had a 34’ Winabago that had sunk into the soil a bit. Our property flooded during Hurricane Helene, and that didn't help When the crew came out, they had to work 4-5 hours before they were able to get the RV on their trailer. But they did it. Myles and Curtis were so easy to work with! I got a quote quickly, and they were able to accommodate my timeline and needs. All I had to do was show the crew what needed to go and they handled the rest. They were able to clear out household chemicals, paint, yard junk and old furniture - to dispose of responsibly. Your services made the final stages of preparing my home for listing SO much easier!

I had asked for what I thought was a simple shed removal, but it was actually a garage that was a more complicated job than any of us would have thought it would be. I was very grateful for how committed they were to getting it all done, even though it was more work than expected. They communicated with me throughout the entire process. We really appreciated Pro Junk's quick response when our commercial dumpster was canceled on the morning of our move. They arrived the same day, several hours earlier than expected, and were incredibly helpful in loading all of our junk with us. Ben and the team went above and beyond — absolutely a 5-star experience!
