We have changed the entire house window treatments. Angel Tapia has started to manage and finish installing our last shutter that was previously left unfinished during an installation process. Angel installed shutters in my front window and did such a good job I hired him a second time to install shutters in the bay window in my bedroom. My neighbor noticed how nice they looked and based on my recommendation and Angel's price, she hired him to install shutters in several of her windows.
