As a real estate agent Rodney is the first inspector I call, and the top of the list for those I recommend to my clients. He's always on time, does a great job with the inspection and doesn't scare the home buyers with a laundry list a mile long. He writes up what he finds but he also takes the time to discuss every aspect of the inspection with the buyers so they know what's a major issue and what's something minor they should just keep an eye on.
Rodney inspected my house for me and went over all the issues it had. When he left I felt like i got my moneys worth and was well informed on the house. I would recommend Pro Inspections to everyone!
