One of the best customer services I have been provided from anywhere. I placed an order for a hat I have been been trying to find in stock somewhere for over a year. It ended up being cancelled a day later because they did not have any. I was disappointed but moved on. A couple days later an amazing representative from Pro Image named KJ reached out to me and had happened to come across the hat in stock at another location. Pro image sports is the worst company I've worked for you don't get breaks it's ok for you to be harassed and if you complain they fire you never worked for such a horrible company before and they steal your pay when they fire you for complaining about no breaks and horrible working conditions sad sad company

I placed an order for 2 of the exact same hats, and same sizes. I only received 1 hat. I contacted Pro Image, and promptly received a response. KJ very quickly rectified the problem that day and had the hat in the mail that day or next morning. I received the hat in 2 days! Thank you KJ for the trust and prompt service! Have a great day yall!
