I have lived in my condo for 17 years. Once this management took over, the place went to ruin. They ignore residents, rarely in the condo offices, and will pass the blame. Never in all my years have I seen such gross incompetence.

Very unprofessionally managed organization with extremely rude communication with the residents of properties they manage. Lot of scope for improvement.
The CEO, Liza del Remedios, doesn't know how to run a business at this scale. Her lack of common sense, poor training, and unethical company culture is the reflection of their poor view on Google. There is a reason why she doesn't post her photo on their company website. She even knows she is not good enough for the job.
