Highly recommend you seek out a better property management company. Has gone downhill.
I have lived in my condo for 17 years. Once this management took over, the place went to ruin. They ignore residents, rarely in the condo offices, and will pass the blame. Never in all my years have I seen such gross incompetence.
أنا باخد من فرع طريق الملك مبنى جدة سكوير هيدا الفرع بالبداية كان كويس ، بس صار بالمرة استغلال، ولا مرة طلبت وصل الطلب نفسه ، دايما ناقص ، وعلى ذوقه يحط الأشياء ، مع انه بحذر ١٠٠٠ مرة شو بدي بالوجبة، ورغم هيك الاسعار بحطها على ذوقه ، احمد شخص كتير طماع من كذا يوم اخدت من عنه ساندويش وما حاسبت قلتله بس اطلع من دوامي بعطيك ، وكل ما اجي لعنده مشغول، صار يخبر كل لي بالعيادة انه أنا ما حاسبت ، وبده ١٨ ريال، اليوم جيت حتى حاسب صار بده ١٩ كل لي بالعيادة قرفوا التعامل معه ، دايما بقول ما دفعت وبعد بدي زيادة شو الفكرة ؟؟؟؟؟؟ ويقلي ان... read more
Very unprofessionally managed organization with extremely rude communication with the residents of properties they manage. Lot of scope for improvement.
