Horrible experience, the technician knew less about the stove than I did, did nothing, charged me $73 and didn’t assemble the stove properly. Awful service!

We hired them to clean out our dryer vents, and they ended up charging us to do nothing. The guy they sent walked around the house most of the time he was here, and then came back and said the cleaning "didn't work." He then said it would be $700 to come back just to move the machine and clean it from the inside (I have since learned that cleaning the vents from 1 side is not even effective), but it will "probably be more" depending on what is wrong. Not happy at all. Sent one man to do a 2 man job here less than 30 minutes. Charge me $279. I'll never use them again. He tried to charge me seventy nine dollars for the basic plus the two seventy 9 For the deep cleaning ridiculous One man with a regular Dry vac And a couple of brushes did not clean up behind themselves.Not happy at all
I never advice this company. They are not professional.
