Sean and his team were the best and we are so glad we went with Pro Heating & Cooling for our heat pump project. They are an authorized Mass Save contractor so his team took care of all the application documentation and submission for us and we received our rebate 10 weeks after the submission. We had a complicated HVAC system and wanted to rezone our system, and Sean’s team patiently worked with us to rezone our systems for maximum efficiency. I had to have two parts replaced on my furness. Rafael was the tech that came out to do the work. He was excellent. Efficient in his diagnosis of the issue, and explained everything in detail. A very personable demeanor. I also had Pro Heating replace my AC unit about a year ago and they were excellent then for the install. I will continue to hire them for future work.
