We hired Floyd Morrison/ Pro Handy Fixer/Handyman Masters LLC. I asked for an actual written copy of the bid eight times. He did not return texts or phone calls. He would say he would be here at a certain time and be hours late or not show up at all. He asked for $1,000 up front and then a week later ask for almost another $1,000. He only provided two receipts and also told us that he wanted to provide good service for a lesser amount. This company came out to my house started a job and because he didn't want to submit the proper papers to the warranty co he just decided to not finish the work. Floyd the owner wanted me to submit paperwork for him falsifying hrs worked and false into for him. He gave me his personal email acct & password wanted me to log in as him to do his job. I can’t recommend Floyd and his team enough! They are some of the more efficient and capable individuals I’ve worked with. I appreciate their willingness to go above and beyond what I was expecting with my repair needs. If you’re looking for a team that is dedicated to making sure your job is not only completed in a timely manner, but with a smile on their face these are the guys to turn to!
