I had such a wonderful experience with Russell at Pro Hair Care & Salon! He was incredibly kind, professional, and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I felt completely comfortable in his chair, and I’m so happy with how my hair turned out! Russell is clearly passionate about what he does, and his attention to detail really shows. My mom and I have been seeing Russell for 10+ years now and I would never consider going to another stylist. I struggled with scalp psoriasis in my teens, and he was extremely accommodating and knowledgeable. He helped me throughout the entire process of clearing it, and recommended amazing products as well. I’ve never left his chair feeling unhappy. 10/10 would recommend!
My myself and my mum have been a client of Russell's for 20+ years. I trust him with my hair more thank i trust anybody with anything. I dont know what id do with him! Every time I go in I tell him a vague idea of what I want and he just knows exactly what to do. Russell is the colour master... Ive had hair from Blonde to Purple and each times its vivid and long lasting. Russell treats you like family and truly cares about the person beneath so that he's able to find the perfect style. i went in as a walk in to get just a cut and style, i was greeted right away and was taken care of by Imane. she did a beautiful job with my hair, worked with me and the inspo photos i brought to give me exactly what i wanted. as a girly with super thick hair she did a fantastic job taking out alot of bulk and adding texture to my hair. from wash to style, she was super gentle through the whole process, i would highly recommend. pretty sure i just found my go to :D
