i went in as a walk in to get just a cut and style, i was greeted right away and was taken care of by Imane. she did a beautiful job with my hair, worked with me and the inspo photos i brought to give me exactly what i wanted. as a girly with super thick hair she did a fantastic job taking out alot of bulk and adding texture to my hair. from wash to style, she was super gentle through the whole process, i would highly recommend. pretty sure i just found my go to :D

I had a really upsetting experience with the manager here. I’ve dealt with a dry scalp/eczema my entire life and had already explained this, but she came over, touched my hair without asking, and loudly commented on it in front of others. It was humiliating and completely unnecessary. I’ve been to this salon before and never had this issue with other stylists, who were always respectful and professional. I visited Pro Hair for a touch-up and was assisted by Imane, who provided an excellent experience from start to finish. She carefully assessed my hair and recommended what would work best. While my color was processing, she also shaped my eyebrows, which turned out beautifully. I highly recommend Imane for anyone visiting Pro Hair Salon.
