I had had 2 or 3 good experiences until my last visit where I was yelled at for saying I wasnt sure if my haircut was uneven. The person cutting my hair very clearly was rushing, pulling out my hair because of how fast she was cutting my hair with scissors ( could be dull scissors?). It was deeply uncomfortable to sit in that chair after that interaction, I stopped caring about the haircut and was just ready to leave. I almost felt like not tipping.
Tina is great and speedy! I was in and out in about 30 min. She’s great at layering and did a great job on my thin asian hair. but no A/C if that matters to you and bring cash
