Very poor company to deal with. My contract clearly shows warranty guaranteed parts and labor for 10 years. System broke down after 7 years, this company refused to make necessary repairs.
RecommendedFast, reliable, excellent prices and great customer service. I was very surprised to find this company so favorable. I have dealt with numerous water companies that do not deliver what was promised but Pro H20 did exactly what they said and the price never changed plus the water system they installed works better than anything I have previously used! I am very happy with both the service and the product. I would highly recommend this company to family and friends!
I called Pro h2o about my water softener. After sending pictures I was told this is a very common problem and I could fix it I would just need the part. They told me they would order it. After two days I called back and was told they had the part I needed. I explained I would call and come pick it up one day after work that week. When I called back there was no answer. unit under warranty but they wont honor it without ..$175 payment.. BS... called and asked for a inspection.. $175.. but before they even came out and looked at the system.. they said $450-500.. I wish I could see broke shit sitting behind a desk... sounds crooked as shit to me... dont quote a price for something u havent seen. crooks ,crooks, crooks... been a contractor for 30 years ,I don't price work with out seeing it... most crooked companies do...
I would give 10 stars if I could. Hands down, the BEST company I have ever hired. It began first and foremost with the office manager when I went in to ask about pricing and the installation process. Her name was Brittany and I have never had such a great experience while researching and hiring a company. She was not only knowledgeable and able to answer everything I was asking, but so very pleasant to speak with. Very rude to neighbors. He pulled up close to my house and started reving up his engine multiple times then when I came out he put it in gear and spun the tires on my lawn, pulled up about 40' and parked on my lawn! When I asked him if I could help him, he just tried to wave me off and ignore my request to move his truck until his customer told him that he needed to park on their property instead! My husband had a medical emergency and spent a month in the hospital. I knew I could not bring him home with the water we currently had in our home. I knew I had to upgrade to a bacteria free system. Im so blessed to have been referred to Pro H20. Ira went above and beyond to help us. I will be a lifelong customer now and certainly recommend Pro H20. I bought an Inverness, Fl. home last year. H2O Pro tested my water and said I didn't need a water softner although I was ready to purchase. Later, they solved a manganese problem quickly at agreed upon price. Last week I was without water. Started to call a well service company but called Ira at H2O first. Over the phone, he told me a remedy to try. It worked, water restored and no service call. Recommend these guys & gal to anyone. Tim Spangler
