We used this company to refinish our pool in April/May 2021. Prior to the pool being refinished by Pro Guard Pool Management our pool had no leak issues. After the pool was refinished we had a very clear leak, given the substantial water loss. I asked Steven about this, seeing it was not present before and he sent his people out to try and rectify it, to no avail. Steven runs a top notch company! Our service tech is Matt and he is awesome! Our neighborhood complaints have gone down 90%! Our pool is sparkling clean! We needed repairs and Matt did a great job letting us know it was coming and completing the repairs in a short timeframe. Matt also offered to meet up with the difficult neighbors to explain how a pool is cleaned so that the complaints would stop! We highly recommend their service! You will not be disappointed!
