Avoid this company - Not Honest – I would give this company no stars or F if possible. They have no intention of honoring contracts sold by dealers and the dealers are no better either. Bought a car from Kearny Mesa Lexus in San Diego and when we returned to get a small repair done, the dealer said Pro-Guard had gone out of business and we had no recourse. But from previous remarks, Pro-Guard doesn't honor their contracts anyway and our warranty has now expired. We will never ever buy another warranty, period!

Rip me off for $2K – El Cajon Toyota sold me a Van and said that we have this terrific warranty deal. It costs $2000.00, but if you don't use it and the warranty expires you get your $2K back. This company wont even pick up the phone and their message says not a leave a message because they will not call you back. They better hope I don't show up at the door step.

pro-guard international Inc. screwed me – I gave them 1189 dollars to insure my vehicle after warranty for 7 years and/or 70,000 miles. they did not come through with the insurance agreement. I ended up having to pay another 760 dollars when the air bag went defaulty while under the warranty the dealer sold me underwritten by this group. So now I am out a total of 2000 dollars.
