Great place and people who take care of your pets.
I have been using PRO GROOM since we moved to California in 1999. I had 2 cocker spaniel Buster and Bonnie when we moved and not once was I unhappy with the cuts and the treatment my pups received !!!!! I now have Bella and Gwen and sweet, sweet Tammy takes such wonderful care of my fur babies! I LOVE PRO GROOM!
LOVE THIS PLACE!!! They made my 25lb cat look fabulous. He had so many hair balls and by the time they were done he looked sleek and handsome and I could tell he felt proud. Thank you so much!
As the name implies, these are truly pros! Dogs are beautiful.
. Pro Groom has know since March 3 my dog got ill because I took him there to be groomed! I called them 3 different times regarding my dog and still the owner will not return my call. The last message I left crying asking her to call me. The next day on March 30th the manager called to say the owner had a medical emergency and would be calling me! I have not heard anything from the owner nor anyone else since. Her lack of compassion has lost a costumer and I am writing this review to share that there is strong antibiotic res... read more
